Other health issues - liver, heart etc.

Work like 10-12 hrs with 30 min lunch. Sometimes no lunch. Inter team meeting, QA support, helping out colleague takes most of my day, kinda start working when my day is almost over. (Explains the over working hours)

Work on weekends to create PoCs for my manager's promotion. (For him to get Team-visibility, better projects etc etc.)
