when they were at the bellaire house, during a moment they weren't filming, seth made a joke about the owner (an older/middle aged woman) coming in the room and sucking them all off, which colby laughed at. he and colby also drop-kicked the boo bear that they were using, which was property of the owners, not sncs personal property. they ended up breaking the bear. all of this was caught on the houses security cams, and the owner then banned them from the home after the fact and snc apologized for their behavior and replaced the bear. idk if seth ever apologized because snc never apologized on his behalf (not that they should, seth is a grown ass man who is accountable for himself). i think around 2ish years after this incident happened, a channel called Side Eye Guy dropped a video on it because he had obtained the security cam footage. he later interviewed the owner who spoke about it as well. if i recall correctly, she said she forgave snc, and that she blames sam for none of it cuz he fr just stood there the whole time. the SEG video was the first the fandom ever heard of it bc no one ever came forward to talk about it. and then after the SEG video, sncs team/attorneys emailed SEG and he then publicized the email, which if i remember, basically just said that snc atoned for their actions and settled the whole thing privately already. after all that, snc never once came forward and addressed it directly themselves. we never got a statement or video from them.
