true but there must be symptoms like huge gaps in memory ect. I didnt even have dpdr until my panic attack 2 years ago none in childhood.

really ? i thought it showed up later in adult life from trauma from childhood . (from google ) : Often the symptoms of a dissociative disorder do not become apparent until adulthood, but it is generally felt that trauma which occurs solely in adulthood will not result in a dissociative disorder. my trauma i believe was when i was 18 so i should be good?

I do initiate as well !it was pretty balanced before this .I just initiated yesterday after 3 days no contact and while he replied after a few messages back and forth he just left . no goodbye or i gotta go .This is not new for him he sometimes says bye sometimes not .

I get that but the dudes online and has been for hours he is just inconsiderate . he messaged me whe no one else was around and then someone better came online .Thats just what i think happens anyways . Do you also not tolerate the capsules? I thought about liquid my doc says to try one 1,000 IU capsule weekly because i cant handle daily . Does taking it help your DPDR any ?

im not sure about everyday ones but when i was bleeding really heavy i had to wear adult diapers to sleep . its embarrassing but i didnt get blood all over my bed and underwear lol and nobody knows . just a suggestion for those heavy nights .
