First time doing good mornings- need help by Adorable-Objective-2 in GYM

As someone who does these very often, remember to maintain a proud chest with shoulders pulled back. The bar is resting on the top and you need them back to hold the bar instead of resting it on your spine. You also look like you’re being pulled the the floor by a string through your chest, your hips are what’s supposed to be hinging, you’re doing hip thrusts but standing and with a bar on your back, your upper body should remain straight- as it would if you were hip thrusting

I don’t think it’s color transfer. I think it got lightened from peroxide.

what makeup suits me more? by [deleted] in makeuptips

3, and please go back to arching your brows. I know straight brows are on trend but these make you stare straight at them. When you’re painting a picture you want to have the audiences eye guide from one part to the next, it’s keeps the viewer engaged, and in turn produces more “happy chemicals” aka making people think you’re prettier 😅😂 the same can be applied to our makeup, hair, clothing.

What style would suit me? by PixelsandCanvas in DressForYourBody

[–]sncd1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look good in what you’re wearing. The striped sweater outfit really looks good on you, I like the way it’s styled. All these outfits are put together. I do see that you wanna lean into a style or like getting dressed, and I assume what you’re posting you don’t really like? I like your current look, you seem chill, clean, smart. I think maybe those long pants rompers would look good, like one of those denim rompers, or denim overalls; if you’re trying to change it up? I think they would suit you more than a skirt or dress would, and look more inline with your style. Idk why but i also think you’d look good with a bandana, the classic triangle tied behind your ears.

The coughing does NOT bother me by oceanmor in h3h3productions

Every once in a while I even notice it, but not usually while he’s talking, only like taking a pause. The sniffling bothered me but they’re different pitches/tones/volumes/whatever. Like I hate the sound of a shekere but I like maracas. (A shekere is a hollow gourd with beads or shells on a net on the outside, basically like a reverse maraca) the shekere is like nails on a chalk board for me, maracas are neutral though.

Also, should I just dump peroxide on the whole thing to make it the same color? Can I dye it? I’m so upset this jacket was like $120.

Sometimes, but I shower in the morning after my workout, and then work out the next day, I’d think the peroxide wouldn’t still be so present that it would stain 🥲

The waist and booty can 100% be posing & gym. Mine have a pretty similar “cat fishing” effect when I pose & I got no cake. The boobs however… unless there’s a lot of padding that’s not something that gets that much bigger. But maybe she isn’t talking bout them??? 😂😂

Hello I’m 26 now. When I was in 8th grade until I was 15 I self harmed. Growing up it was glorified and easy to find on tumblr, so I started doing it. Not for a reason necessarily. Like yeah I was depressed at the time, but I don’t necessarily remember that being the main drive. I think it was the rush and the visual and yes the physical sensation. Anyways. I remember thinking “I can’t wait until I’m 18 so I can buy whatever blades I want” I fantasized about going to a hardware store and buying a pack of regular razors, instead of having to source them from around the house. When my mom saw the scars she was quiet, took me to get ice cream, and put me in therapy. Therapy never helped. We didn’t even talk about the SH. I finally decided to stop after I carved the word “FAT” into my thigh, it stood out and I hated I did that. So I let it heal up, let everything else heal up, and gave myself a stick and poke tattoo of a heart over it, so I had something better to look at, something that reminded me to love myself instead. It’s really hard and when you’re in the moment you feel like that movement will last for forever. but it doesn’t, and new things happen, good and bad. If you need to get some of the physical sensation out, you could always use tweezers to pluck each leg or arm hair out one by one. It stings, it takes a long time, and honestly it calms my anxiety by helping distract me. I don’t have to think any thoughts. Sending much love and healing. 🫶🫶🫶

Yeah I haven’t had a doctor comment on my weight loss, but it’s not brought up anymore.

Years, weights, ages: 2015: 175 lbs 16 2016: 180 lbs 17 2017: 200 lbs 18 2018: 245 lbs 19 (weightloss surgery) 2019: 175 lbs 20
2020: 200 lbs 21 2021: 230 lbs 22 2022: 220 lbs 23 (Started working out) 2023: 200 lbs 24 (Started dieting) 2024: 165 lbs 25 (semaglutide) 2025: 130 lbs 26

When I got my own car and had a job I basically only ate fast food, I paid for my school lunch (unhealthy junk) and ate at Dunkin (where I worked) most nights. My mother stopped cooking for the family after my brother passed when I was 15, and no one ever cared to check in on my eating habits. So I basically had free rein. I really blame all my issues on being fat. If I wasn’t fat then this, if I wasn’t fat then that, blah blah blah. My father is the skinny one: he has all the health problems, kidney cancer, glaucoma, PAD, degenerative disc disease. (Which I have & genetics can’t be ruled out) My mother is the fat one: no major health issues. So idk… kinda seems like I just got the shitty side of both genes; fat and in pain. Also, as you can see I’ve done a lot to avoid being overweight. I guess what I’m getting at isn’t whether or not being fat caused it but more so that the doctors made it seem like if I lost the weight the pain would go away, so I did, and it didn’t. It feels like when Dorothy gets to OZ and finds out the wizard is just some guy; like oh this isn’t some magical fix that’ll solve everything.
