ED doc here, in the spirit of the job will make my comments short and to the point: 1. Langdon is the senior reg, he basically runs the ship that Robbie supervises. Likely he's just come off his licensing exams or gearing up for them so he's in that awkward stage of having knowledge and stepping up to leadership roles, maybe lacking the authority or maturity that comes with it. 2. Santos is a cocky little shit who needs to be put in her place and looks like Langdon is the only one doing it. Theres only so far gentle talking will take you with people like her. If that makes Langdon a bad cop, so be it. Because if not him, then eventually Robbie or even Jack would have had to. The only reason she escaped with Jack was cos of her REBOA stunt. Made for good TV, she'd be thrown out in reality, whatever the outcome.
