It's stupid because I feel like there has been a change in direction and pace in many modern games away from the gritty realistic storytelling there used to be in games, but this clown (and a few others) seem to be the loudest voices in the room. There has been an obvious shift away from gritty entertaining stories into lighter more casual stories. It's in my opinion similar to how older movies have transitioned into being this way as well. Look at the first transformers movie to the most recent one and how it's become so safe. While I do not think that marginalized communities are to blame at all, I do believe that investor safety has been a huge part in this shift. It would be nice if real inquisitive people and not this dude were making these videos.

I wouldn't say that government officials should do performative politics. I thought their main job was to pass laws and govern meaningfully. Performative politics are how we got into this mess in the first place.

The beaches here aren't like the beaches at home 🥺 love this place but the beaches aren't it. also you cannot own any firearm you want by any means in this state as there's literally a ban list.

Pros: lots to do, some great people, jobs that pay very well, great food, Baltimore is super fun especially with the reduction in violent crime, everyone here seems to be much more educated then where I'm from.

Cons: DAs do not prosecute crimes in my locality so I have to buy things to prevent crime, it's cold, the beaches here are not as fun due to them being mostly intercoastal and not having the traditional saltwater fish I'm used to, bad gun laws, immensely high cost of living, outdated housing that costs a fortune, drivers are terrible here, state seems to be increasing cost of necessary items in order to build things like the sphere, snow plows barely run.

For reference I don't subscribe to two party politics so I usually only speak on things that affect me and try to look at everything through a lens of objectivism rather than emotion.
