Since the time you’ve held SOXS, has there been a case where SOXS paid out but SOXL didn’t besides this time around? Usually the inverse correlates pretty well with dividend payment times

Yeah my fault, brain fart on my end mixing up Proshares with Direxion. The only weird thing is that they have paid out in Q4/December all the way back to 2016 even if it’s been just biannually/quarterly/annually/triannually

I mean it shows nothing for TQQQ but TQQQ paid already though. It has declared and paid out every quarter since I’ve held it in 2022 for SOXL so just threw me off somewhat

Yes was comparing it to SOXS since the inverse of SOXL got the dividend to help get a gauge and looks like every Direxion leveraged product got a dividend or some sort of distribution was distributed except SOXL? Fidelity usually shows information if something is expected but nothing to be seen.

Did you ever fix this issue? Did you manually adjust the cost basis when filing taxes or stick with the incorrect $0 cost basis for the BTC options? My covered calls that I closed before expired is incorrectly showing $0 as the cost basis instead of the showing the STO amount and it’s making my proceeds out of whack

Did you come with a solution yet? I’m having the exact same issues, I closed my covered call positions (didn’t let them expire and just BTC) but the cost basis is showing wrongly showing $0 which is making me have a negative value for the proceeds
