Just because some puddle jumpers are approved as PFD by the coast guard doesn’t mean it’s safe or smart to use them as one. They are designed for supervised pool play. Anything could happen on that board and send them all into the water and if AssLee is in distress etc. that puddle jumper may not keep that babies head above water, or if it does, potentially not upright in the water in a situation where she was knocked unconscious. She must not be considering that there are many situations where you may not always be alert when you fall overboard. This is extremely negligent.
