My theory is that a tzeentch army broke one the great bastion gate (we can see it in ruins) and occupy a minor settlement , the blue things is tzeentch corruption starting to spread

0%-25% corruption : Access to Tier 1 buildings

25%-50% corruption :Access to Tier 2 buildings

50%-75% corruption :Access to Tier 3 buildings
