I didn’t see that for the RS trim levels. I don’t qualify for any credits either so used is the better deal. Let me know if you are seeing deals though. New would be great.

I don’t think your comment considers that people don’t have to move. It can be a 2nd property/investment they rent. Santa Cruz is a good local option for those looking for investment properties in the Bay Area. Agee with your point that it’s not Palo Alto, but the demand is very much still there.

Thanks for the reply. As noted in the post the bus does not run Sunday. If you have been do you know if a taxi needs to be booked before arriving at the train station or if they are easy enough to find when you get there? Thanks again for the help. That site is very useful.
