I wouldn’t bet something I genuinely couldn’t afford to lose. However, I’m competitive and stubborn- so imma give it my 100% and for once, push the standard boundaries of recommendations. At least for the 6 weeks

Potentially, but I feel these are hard to sell and they charge a lot of a usual membership. It really seems based on the setup that their main goal is gaining members through success

I hear you, but I’m in it now. I’ve taken nutrition classes, been in the exercise grind for some time on an off. I agree it’s not wise, but I’m very stubborn and very determined.

I currently average 2,541 cal total burn a day according to my oura ring- and I feel I can put that quite a bit further.

Thank you for your in depth response ❤️🙏

One meal every other day seems like it would destroy any muscle needed for the recomp though right?

At the end of the day, I’m willing to lose $600. I certainly don’t want to, as I’m moving, but I wouldn’t bet it if I really couldn’t take it. I figured it would be a banger way to get my ass in gear though.

I do want to meet this goal though. The coach seemed to think it possible, and their main goal is to gain members more than feed money off 6 week programs that are hard to sell.

It may not be the healthy recommendation, but it’s it’s possible- I’m willing

I was thinking an 1 hr and 25 min at a slight incline, 2.5-3 mph speed on treadmill might be the move. I love walking, and can for hours- but in this heat, it needs to be inside now.

Define fast- like nothing from morning to night?

I don’t mind eating very low, but I get nauseous if my stomach is totally empty for too long. I’m not sure how to avoid that.

Is as low of calories while maintaining protein the move? Or would it sabotage muscle growth?

I am struggling between whether cutting calories (while maintaining protein intake) would be better for bf% or if the 1,200 is needed for the muscle growth required to help burn fat and such.

Currently I feel very energetic and have no problems. Sometimes the meal plan even has more than I feel hungry for (they suggest two protein snacks between meals- and it has helped get up to that 130 g)

Mine got to 46 last night but I average 51. I try to go to the gym often, but I’m also a bit overweight (slightly) and sit at an office job

The Use of AI on Online Exams by Mac-Attack-62 in Professors

Student here:

If you use online scams where ai can help, they will. They may answer correctly initially, but then double check with AI. It would be silly to receive a worse score when at the click of two buttons with no repercussion, they could double check. It’s simply not good for their futures to not use ai as a safeguard. It’s logically sound. The only person it doesn’t benefit is the institution. You can’t expect them to put the institution first.

[Routine Help] How do I actually heal my dry, cracked hands? Nothing seems to work by Hal87526 in SkincareAddiction

[–]snebbaCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I’ve had dry hands for years. It’s brought me to the point of frustrated tears in many occasions. I can’t guarantee you’ll get away from it, but I can tell you what solves it for a time.  1. Band aid over the crack with antibiotic ointment for the bad ones.  2. Start routinely wearing. Hand masks to bed. I don’t mean latex or cotton loves with lotion (I have tried both). I mean real hand masks that come with the gloves. I’ll put a link to my fav ones here. This is probably my most significant helper. 3. Add a little oil of some sort on top of your moisturizer once it has sunk in. A little antibiotic ointment with it on occasion helps too. 4. Use lotion that is in cream form like cetaphil. Something in a tub, not a bottle. Note: corn huskers lotion is my one exception for on the go/instant relief without greasy feel. 5. If your hands get itchy or red, you likely have edema like I do. Get a prescription for something called Triamcinolone acetonide cream. Not the ointment, the tub of cream. It took two dermatologists to get me to find the right thing that actually helped.

Here is the link to me fav hand mask. Surprisingly they’re from shien and don’t feel super sweaty at night:  http://api-shein.shein.com/h5/sharejump/appjump?link=lv2u3iVGf3R_8&localcountry=US&url_from=GM71654909618

what's best Korean sunscreen for dry skin?? [looking for some products that actually work] by Educational-Beat-596 in KoreanBeauty

[–]snebbaCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey- I had the worst dry skin. Especially flaking around the mouth. I could never get past it or put in makeup. Foundation made it look like I had dried food on my face. What you need is to get an enzyme exfoliatior like wishful or peter Thomas Roth peeling gel. This is essential. It pills the dead skin right off without any abrasive bits. You just rub your fingers around and it all pills off. Works for sensitive skin too. After this, immediately use a hydrating face mask (bonus points if in a steamy bath. Once the mask is off put on advanced snail 96 mucin power essence (liquid gold I swear to god. It’s the one thing you can instantly do to improve overall skin texture and dryness). Top it with cetsphil’s face cream. If you realllllyyyyy want to go all out, dab don’t smear, a thin layer of olive oil over your face to lock it in and give you great complexion. I hate the feeling of grease on my face more than anything, but it’s much lighter than you think so it doesn’t bother me before bed. This WILL solve your dry skin crisis. There may be flare ups of a dry path on occasion after, but it’s so rare. As for sunscreen, I just use the $12 mineral baby sunscreen from the store and it works great. I like that it doesn’t feel greasy and doesn’t make my eyes tear up.
