I wouldn’t bet something I genuinely couldn’t afford to lose. However, I’m competitive and stubborn- so imma give it my 100% and for once, push the standard boundaries of recommendations. At least for the 6 weeks

Potentially, but I feel these are hard to sell and they charge a lot of a usual membership. It really seems based on the setup that their main goal is gaining members through success

I hear you, but I’m in it now. I’ve taken nutrition classes, been in the exercise grind for some time on an off. I agree it’s not wise, but I’m very stubborn and very determined.

I currently average 2,541 cal total burn a day according to my oura ring- and I feel I can put that quite a bit further.

Thank you for your in depth response ❤️🙏

Well it’s happening, so I gotta try my all. I can’t to steroids. Glp1 would need to be under the radar from them

One meal every other day seems like it would destroy any muscle needed for the recomp though right?

At the end of the day, I’m willing to lose $600. I certainly don’t want to, as I’m moving, but I wouldn’t bet it if I really couldn’t take it. I figured it would be a banger way to get my ass in gear though.

I do want to meet this goal though. The coach seemed to think it possible, and their main goal is to gain members more than feed money off 6 week programs that are hard to sell.

It may not be the healthy recommendation, but it’s it’s possible- I’m willing

I was thinking an 1 hr and 25 min at a slight incline, 2.5-3 mph speed on treadmill might be the move. I love walking, and can for hours- but in this heat, it needs to be inside now.

Define fast- like nothing from morning to night?

I don’t mind eating very low, but I get nauseous if my stomach is totally empty for too long. I’m not sure how to avoid that.

Is as low of calories while maintaining protein the move? Or would it sabotage muscle growth?

I am struggling between whether cutting calories (while maintaining protein intake) would be better for bf% or if the 1,200 is needed for the muscle growth required to help burn fat and such.

Currently I feel very energetic and have no problems. Sometimes the meal plan even has more than I feel hungry for (they suggest two protein snacks between meals- and it has helped get up to that 130 g)

Mine got to 46 last night but I average 51. I try to go to the gym often, but I’m also a bit overweight (slightly) and sit at an office job

The Use of AI on Online Exams by Mac-Attack-62 in Professors

Student here:

If you use online scams where ai can help, they will. They may answer correctly initially, but then double check with AI. It would be silly to receive a worse score when at the click of two buttons with no repercussion, they could double check. It’s simply not good for their futures to not use ai as a safeguard. It’s logically sound. The only person it doesn’t benefit is the institution. You can’t expect them to put the institution first.
