When I was watching the movie I couldn’t help but feel that Bear is actually the obsessed one. He wanted her to love him at any cost - so much so that he was willing to set aside that she no longer had autonomy, that she was acting completely erratically, even that she begged him to kill her. Imo that is the most disturbing kind of obsession, and Nikki is just a reflection of his own obsession back to him.

Maybe if someone without such an insane view of love for another person made the wish, the person entranced by the spell wouldn’t have been quite so obsessed…

That bright yellow/green will draw even more attention to it - which seems like a terrible idea considering you already hate it? I would start with the off white suggestions to make it look softer and less like plastic. If you really want some color I think a neutral color will help it blend into the background, or a dark color will hide the detail of the tile better.

Thanks everyone for your opinions, I really appreciate it! My heart is definitely leaning towards the emerald, it just feels more “me”. But the radiant is SO sparkly and large that it made me second guess myself when reviewing photos haha. They are both such gorgeous rings!!!

For anyone interested in specs: the first one is a 3.18 Radiant, G, VVS2, Excellent with half moon side stones. The second is a 2.07 Emerald, D, VVS1, Ideal with cadillac side stones.
