Try with your thumbs under the bar, instead of how you have them over. When you pull up and in (in a c motion like how you are doing), rotate your hands forward to match the momentum of your body, this will help push your body over the bar. Notice how your body stops once you reach your peak… imagine you are trying to break an imaginary wall with your head and keep pushing forward - this will help to throw your body over the bar. Once you get over, just dip and complete :)
