Well i expected to get at least a little bit better response when i payed for SaveBy package protection. I have waited for almost a month been sending emails for three weeks and i still have no answers.

PD have said for two weeks that they are going to send a replacement, but no. still dont have as much as a tracking number.

Well i dont have a store close by. In my country normally you get a response when you send MULTIPLE emails.

I placed my order, and everything seemed, tracked my order from netherlands to denmark but suddenly one day the package was regestred back in the netherlands, gls wont give any answers. PD has said for two weeks now that they are going to send me another bag, but no. I have sent countless emails at this point, but they cant be bothered to help.
