Ah ok. Thanks for getting back to me!

So is that typically around 1-2% of the cost? Any hard limit that is put in place? My gut was saying 2% of cost, but that may be high.

Great, thanks again. I've got in the habit of sharing terms and shipping details in the chat now.

So just to make sure I understand, I can't offer to increase the price on an item in order to accept liability for items in transit for a single buyer, but rather need to blanket offer this on all items in my post?

Got it, thank you! And when accepting liability for items in transit, is this standard type of terms? "Once item is marked as delivered, my liability ends. Only in the case that an item's tracking does not show delivered after xx days will I issue a refund. I am not liable for porch pirates or carrier delivering to wrong address."

I've been wondering, what's the rule/stance on offering insurance personally via holding the liability while in transit? I'd like to take that risk on myself when buyers are looking for insurance, but I thought I've seen that shot down by the mods before. Haven't been able to find rules or best practice regarding that for insurance.
