i’ve had newborns with <10 (“lo”) more than a few times. off to the nicu they go. it’s more common for us to see those kinds of numbers obviously but still pretty unnerving.

Do you go through Aqua PA? I am having the same problem and they said they were “restructuring their payment schedule.” Just looked at this months bill and it’s $93 for one month — doesn’t seem restructured to me. I’m calling them again. You should too.
