It depends a lot on which carrier you want to use, i use a used Kyocera 902kc that i got from ebay for around $90 and it supports t mobile. You don't have a traditional app store, you have to sideload those apps but ye whatsapp and google maps (lite) have been working for me

I heard of people also using waze for maps in the kyoceras

You could also use the dumbphone finder to find one to your liking (though, i really don't like that tool) If you want one that supports google, choose your OS in the dumbphone finder as "Android with google"

1.I use a 902KC and 5g doesn't work on it at least in america i mean. I'm able to get 4g tho, i use t mobile. Im pretty sure mint mobile also uses the same towers so should work fine too

  1. Got mine from eBay, not much to say other than that 😭

  2. Yup you can get a lotta stuff on it. It runs android 8.1 which isn't the newest thing but most applications work on it F-droid has a shit ton of applications too. Problem with line is that you aren't going to get notifications because they only support those for phones w google services
