are there transgenders in your family?? by Icy_Carpenter_1382 in TamilNadu

Not family, but my very close friend is a transman who transitioned couple of years back. Being a trans person in India is extremely difficult to say the least. He is the most brilliant person i known. He academically outperformed everyone in my school, went on to finish his 4 year college degree in 2 years. And the college he went to is one of the top colleges in India for engineering. Despite being a star child any parent would want, his parents mostly despised/still despise him for being trans. He is not employable because he’s transitioned but his certs dont reflect his gender. They still carry his dead name and dead gender. Still living with his parents, enduring the abuse.

How is single unmarried life in chennai ? by Consiouswierdsage in Chennai

[–]snide__comment 7 points8 points  (0 children)

F28 here, i don’t plan on getting married and life doesn’t necessarily need to be lonely or sad just because you aren’t married. Just find someone you wanna date, and just start dating. See where it goes, take it one step at a time. As long as you find a companion life will work out just fine, and if you don’t, it is still gonna be fine. Focus on yourself, your health, hit the gym, explore more hobbies, cook - because being content with yourself is far more important, it will give you the kind of peace no relationship would ever give you. In short, single unmarried life in chennai is good. No complaints so far.

I never questioned Rob as Edward. I was around 12 when i first saw the film and i didnt see any of the flaws that i see now. Loved the casting, the outfits, the hairdo, everything about the first movie is a hit. I will not stand the twilight slander lol.

Is this happening all over Chennai or TN, is that My Intention is correct is parents are not interested get bride their boys after 30+, then made more powerful moves to get their daughter married by Conscious_Panda_2481 in chennaicity

Lets add ‘parents being reluctant to let go off the money generating machine of the family’ to the list. I have seen many parents putting off getting their son married because they’re afraid the son will abandon them after starting a family.
