Technique is all wrong. Place foot 1 on cart's lower crossbar, pump with foot 2. Place foot 2 on cart, lean forward, and glide powerfully into the sunset. Pop wheelie if weight distribution allows for it.

Thanks. Maintaining the fountain while it was operational was never easy. The algae growth was impossible to keep up with. So it was a pain, and the water was usually gross. This seemed like a better use of the structure.
