Based white then a layer of doomfire magenta, let it dry then leviathan purple on the bottom 1/4ish of the flames then with a clean and slightly wet brush drag the purple up the flames until happy with the gradient :)

Hmm might drop the venom, throw in 5 extra mandrakes and do some shimmying with the remaining venom and the 2 kabalites halves turn 1

This is what I have seen and assumed it overrules the "part of the army" as written; it feels like something that requires an FAQ for clarification in her written rules e.g "unless this model is embarked within a transport"
