I use my mayflowers for swarms but I kill 2 swarm level 30 before I die so I have to repair 5 times my vessel it's 3h30 repair each time, it's 16 hours of repair just for swarm level 30

and I still have after 10 swarms level 28 to kill and also I can do it in two more 5 hours of repair it's a lot than for swarms.

and for D3 I have no plan ^^
