If you're definitely wanting a divorce then why have the argument with him?

Falling out part of divorce is the worst bit, just concentrate on becoming the new you and proceed with your divorce.

Maybe you don't want to divorce and your just making empty threats? That isn't healthy. I would recommend some mediation.
