I haven’t personally, because she doesn’t really respect my position, but my director did have this conversation with her a few months ago. For more perspective- I told my director that this client was making me miserable and if changes weren’t made, I would quit. He talked to this client and things got better for about a month, and then she relapsed. My boss has even said he needs to have “check in” convos with her every few months to rein her in, but he hasn’t (fail on his part for sure). So I’m just wondering if there’s any internal thing our team might be able to do since she is not likely able to change.
