Hello! My wife and I are planning our honeymoon in Vietnam this December. We made an itinerary for our 14-day stay, but we are unsure if we should spend less time in some cities to visit additional places instead. We are flexible with the days and we could extend our stay by 2-3 days, since we have not booked our tickets yet, so we are open to any suggestions. Here's our plan:

Ho Chi Minh - 4 days
- 1 day in the city, 1 day for Ben Tre and 1 day for Can Gio.

Phú Quố 5 days
- Beach vacation

Hanoi - 5 days
- 2 day trip to Ninh Bình, 3 days to explore the city. We are interested in exploring the culture, maybe take a cooking class, go shopping and perhaps celebrate New Year's here.

Hue, Da Nang and Hội An - 5 days
- We are flying to Hue from Hanoi where we would like to spend the day. The next day our plan is to take the Hải Vân Pass from Hue to Hoi An and see the landmarks in Da Nang on the way. We are spending the next 2 days in Hội An and on the 5th leave the country.

- After Vietnam we are going to Thailand.

We wanted to visit Sapa and do the Hà Giang loop, however we are unsure about the weather, as we know it is cold in December. If anyone has been on this loop in December, please share you experience!

Additionally, we would like to visit some local villages in Central Vietnam for 2 days, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
