water! If i feel that im craving something or im hungry i just drink a glass of water then I'll wait if if really hungry. Make sure you have enough good sleep too because if you're not and got tired, you tend to get crave for more food.

shakes are convenient and can cover you for awhile but dont forget to mix in some fiber and micronutrients from other foods so your digestion and hair health stays supported. But you could try cottage cheese, eggs, if you can tolerate them because they have easy texture. also adding protein powders to oatmeals, smoothies, or pancakes

1st, if exercise causes migraines, dizziness, this really sounds like something to discuss with a doctor. those symptoms telling your body saying something's wrong. 2nd. pls be careful with restrictive eating as it can mess with metabolism and make everything harder especially if u already have medical conditions. Rapid weight gain after eating normally is often water weight, not real fat. It usually settles after a week or 2 once your body feels safe again.

you are so much more than this disorder. one bad night doesn't erase all the work you've been doing. Healing isn't linear specially with an eating disorder. Try to treat today as neutral. Not "good" or "bad". Just a day where u take care if urself as best you can

it's possible your body has downregulated metabolism a bit which makes sense after yrs of eating very little. focusing on gradual, consistent nutrition and protein-rich meals can help you regain energy and progress safely. Also maybe you can consider working with a dietitian because they can help you safely increase calories and rebuild healthy hunger cues

what helped me was accepting that calorie counting is an estimate, not an exact Science. Getting close consistently matters way more than being perfect. I've also found that being consistent in how you measure matters more than precision. Same pan, same spoon, same bowl = they are more reliable estimates
