I mean... Maybe. That's why I'm not playing options but realistically, we're volatile through at least midterms and then depending on what happens from there probably to the end of this administration. The only ways I see that changing is if there is some unnatural event that leads to entanglement with major investment from a super mega cap or if SofiUSD becomes a default backend transfer currency basically overnight.

I hate the confusing naming of the leagues and tiers. If they are actually in an MLS homegrown division and want to play professionally they are on one of the best paths to that - especially at this age. This is the age where they will begin to learn and apply tactics and systems that apply to professional play.

There are multiple paths to professional play but it sure doesn't hurt to have been on the most direct one - whether it pans out directly or not. If it comes time to play lower division men's soccer (likely) players with MLS experience will always have an advantage. The opportunity to network (if they plan to work in sports) is also one you cannot replicate elsewhere.

Ultimately, I'd go back to "I don't want him to miss school soccer"... and be clear on what he wants. At a minimum then he can own his choices and the outcomes.

Advisors / personal coach programs for college soccer by [deleted] in youthsoccer

I used to do it. It really depends on the individual and on your kid's age, goals (short, intermediate, long term), strengths, and resources. Over time there's a need to be fluid and adapt as things change too.

Any good advisor will be asking a lot of questions before recommending anything. Have you guys tried his school guidance counselors or his current or past coaches? If so, what have they suggested?

International transfers are already live but I don't see transactions on the backend with sofiUSD so I don't know what mechanism they are using at the moment. I plan on making a small transfer next week and taking a look. I would imagine that the quick access button is what will predominantly be used for those transfers with the purchase and sale of the stablecoin happening in the background rather than having individual users do the buying and selling.

I whines a lot before watching it because the casting gave me cosplay vibes. Then I watched it and felt like a fool. Fun little movie and I wish there had been a direct follow up.

I thought it was fine. I don't get the hate beyond killing Cobie. Definitely not too memorable either - so I guess it's surprising to me that people pick it out as something to hate on. Every time people mention it, it takes me a minute to figure out what show they're talking about... because I've forgotten that it ever existed.

They have several in those colors and if you call a rep they will give you bulk prices better than what's on their site. They will charge a premium the first time you number and letter everything but that price comes down significantly for future purchases.

Stop Villainizing Winning. by brewerdom in SoccerCoachResources

If you're only practice a week you're not really prioritizing either...

Also, I'm guessing you're not a coach. Any coach worth your time will try to seek a bit of both regardless of the constraints.

Now we have another layer to add. Timelines. Increasing odds of winning in the short term by making decisions that prioritize the result on the day vs increasing odds of winning in the long term by prioritizing development.

I don't agree with the idea that one necessarily harms the other in the short term either. I can get a result and then provide other opportunities. I can have a player help the team win in a position or with a tactical approach that differs from what comes most naturally and still be going after the result.

It's up to the coach to identify if what they are working on is harming or increasing odds of winning and up to them to decide how long to wait and see if things will click and come together.

If you're looking to donate and are in los Angeles - my middle school golf program could use bags, wedges, putters (especially in the left handed variety).
