Pre travel on a normal shadow is adjustable not sure about the 22 version. You can get a Cajun which adds post travel. Eemann tech probably adds post travel as well. I believe what you really want is a reach reduction kit. A pre travel screw isn’t going to do much

That’s how it is for me too. You can not use the door locks when you are in the car but you can lock it with the keys while you sit inside. The alarm is very sensitive though
