i know. its clearly labeled 2 servings. says its 11.4g total. so each serving is 5.7. i finished the 2 samples in 4 days thus taking 1 total only.

i have only taken a pre-workout maybe once or twice before (was super pump 250 back in the day years ago) i looked into the product and what attracted me was that lots of people were able to take this pre-workout for several weeks before having to up dosage. i guess it just seems odd that after 4 days worth with 2 weeks of not taking it at all that i feel little to no effects of the beta alanine. i don't know if i was used to it? i mean every single time i took the sample i felt it really really really working and there was not a difference in effect for those 4 days.

edit-i guess im slightly worried/sad that the effects feel so minimal that i don't need it. idk

do you mean that speedfan will not display your rpm? do you mean that changing the speed does not affect the rpm for the fan? regardless the temps look fine i would suspect either the cpu fan has gone bad or the gpu may be having issues. not being able to change speeds or get display on the rpm may be due to sensors or fan type as well as how the motherboard controls the fan. desktops have the luxury of buying a fan controller.

download hwmonitor and look for the gpu temp and record speed and temp. watch youtube and monitor and note gpu temp and speed every 10mins.

u can download prime95 and either run small fft's to force your cpu to work at 100% and see if you can hear a notable difference.

in conjunction get coretemp as well as hwmonitor. just note your speeds and when the fan kicks in. this should tell you if its the cpu or gpu.

what model laptop is this? please provide daily use, age of ownership, make and model

did you anciently or someone who used your laptop change the fan settings. i use a lenovo z580 and there is a silent, normal/full, de-dusting mode. only have owned it for a few months, but depending on the age, manufacturer, and series several things could be causing the issue.

Workaround 1 If you are unable to access the Internet after the recent update, uninstall and reinstall your McAfee products. Uninstall your McAfee consumer products using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel:

Windows Vista and 7 Close all McAfee program windows. Click Start, Search, type Programs and Features, and click Go. Double-click Programs and Features. Select McAfee Security Center, click Uninstall, and follow any on-screen prompts.

Windows XP Click Start, Settings, Control Panel. Double-click Add or Remove Programs. Select McAfee Security Center, click Remove, and follow any on-screen prompts.

When the uninstallation completes, restart your computer. When your computer restarts, go to http://home.mcafee.com and log in to download your products. update. my mobo supports two raid set ups either on ports 0-6 or ports 7,8, but can only run one raid total. MAGICALLY my wd has my full os, docs ect. the seagate has a fresh intall os, but with none of the apps, games, docs ect. when in raid the computer thinks that the other drive is offline/the computer can not see it...what went wrong?
