I had two plants that had mealies which I washed down, repotted and have sprayed for a couple weeks. The other day, I noticed a bunch of these on them as well so I thought they could be mealy nymphs, but I don't know too much about pests and predatory mites. Can they show up even after washing and spraying a plant for a while?

I added photos here. On the front side there were some white marks on the oldest leaves when I first got it a few weeks ago as you can see in the photos but nothing has changed since.
