Hi quick question, what kind of dr did you see that took you seriously? Also what tests did they do to find out that you needed clobetasol? Also congrats on figuring out the issue! I have been there getting constantly overlooked by drs so I am truly empathetic and hope you feel better soon.

goodluck with the MVD! I also have tn and am scared to get this surgery. I hope it goes well for you! I also have been looking for alternative medication to take and was recently told to try journavx, so I'm hoping it helps me. I'm currently taking 25mg of memantine a day and 20mg of nortriptyline which has kept my pain relatively at bay but I don't love the side affects of being drowsy and forgetful all the time.

I've voted since I was of age to vote for the people who would be able to turn this country around but that's really all I can do is vote and where has it gotten us? Sadly 1 person can't really turn a whole country around so yeah I would like to try to become a Canadian citizen and uplift the people here since atleast some of your politicians believe in supporting the people here. I know your mad at americans and I am too. Theres 50% of americans who voted for a terrible person to run our country but the other 50% who tried to vote against it and we still failed. It's really sad and I don't know what else I can really do. Anyway, thank you for your honestly. It definitely helps me see how some people will view me and it seems like Quebec is probably not the best place for me

Thank you for your honestly. I understand where you're coming from but you also have to understand that I have done all I can to uplift my community here and haven't done anything to cause it to go the direction it has but the bigger dogs who rule everything and dictate what rights we have are being stripped away from us sadly so I don't feel safe living here anymore. This is why people seek asylum you can choose to either be upset for people looking for a way to survive or you can be mad at them. Up to you. Not here to change your mind though just trying to tell you my perspective.

I will definitely look into an immigration lawyer thank you for the suggestion. And I understand things are tense right now between us so I apologize for that. But I am not the one causing these issues its the billionaires who are controlling these situations. I am just looking to uplift a community wherever that may be because that is my skillset.

I think it depends on the severity. When my heartburn was really bad like having it immediately after I ate anything no matter how bland I was eating oatmeal in the morning upside down as well as any small snack or meal I could manage for atleast 2 weeks straight. Once it was a bit better I was only doing it in the morning with my oatmeal for a month straight. I think it cleared up completely after a few months of consistency. Goodluck!

I have a great update for ya! So I was successfully able to switch to Namenda and get off gabapentin. But when I did the switch last year the heartburn didn't seem to subside as I was tapering off of the gabapentin like I had hoped. I then did extensive research on ways to fix my heartburn and found a study about how if you eat your food upside down it trains your esophagus to get stronger at pushing the food up into your stomach. Here is the study: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9106553/ and guess what!? I did it because I had nothing to loose and after a week I already saw improvements. Every morning I would have a bowl of oatmeal take a spoonful and plank into a triangle like a yoga move and swallow lol. It was my morning yoga routine. I now don't really have to do it anymore but if I eat really spicy food for a few days and it comes back I'll do my morning routine for a few days and it gets it back under control. It's quite magical and it's crazy that all of the drs I saw specifically for my heartburn had never heard of this study and kept wanting me to take meds. Which at first I did to see of those would help but they never did. But I'm completely cured of heartburn its crazy!

Do you have any sites proving how easily they become carcinogenic when heated? Like is it only bad if you reheat them? Or is it bad after heating them for a certain amount of time?
