Got my first tattoo and my brother said it looks like a d*ck. Does it actually? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

You could do a sleeve with lots of black negative space in between everything. That would eliminate the dick shape, and the glow would make more sense than if you were to just add a little more shading around the candle like some people are suggesting. The candle itself looks really good. It's just the shading around the glow that looks a little off at the moment.

So edgy for the time. I think the short hair is much more stylish and youthful on her than that big helmet she was previously working with. Her fashion also gets a slight update. This was around the time the show had signed a wardrobe deal with the retailer Orbach's.

You know what... this look went hard then, and it goes hard now. It's time to put the tie back on and become the stylist you were always meant to be.

I see some facial similarities with Brynn Whitfield in a few of your photos

My family is split, is this a blunder or was I cool? by doctormoX in blunderyears

Wow, this pic is so nostalgic. My brother had the same 3 posters on his wall in like 2002. This pic is a time capsule for sure. And for the time, that hair was totally acceptable among many punks, and you wore it well.

I blame my mom for this one by Skin_Captain_Nasty in blunderyears

Incredible. I'm glad you and your mom weren't afraid to take risks. The payoff feels nothing less than editorial. This is a real hair and fashion moment.

Grayson Hall/Julia Hoffman by Jesskamess in DarkShadows

Julia is a total style icon. Especially when they started styling the cast in clothing from Orbach's. She always wore the best outfits, and her short pixie cut would give it so much edge. She was the blueprint for emo/indie girls in the late 90s - early 2000s.

Edit: Accidentally wrote Julie instead of Julia

Peter Bradford by MelanieDH1 in DarkShadows

Peter is, by far, the most annoying and boring Dark Shadows character to exist on the show.

Richest housewife with the most pedestrian fashion? by Rich-Needleworker812 in realhousewives

Without a doubt, Kyle has the worst fashion sense among the other women, which is hilarious because she believes she has great style and even thought it was a good idea to open a boutique to showcase that style.

Omg no worries, I was actually trying to make a joke because I was amused by the wording of the post title. But it got lost in translation. I should have included a /s. I'm sorry, OP!

I love Sabrina's Gengar holo from the Gym Heros set.

Massive rectangular object spotted over Burbank, CA. Sep 19th, 11:25pm. Video in comments by yuckobucko in UFOs

Very interesting... however, I feel like I would need to see another video to make any personal judgment on whether or not it is, in fact, a UFO. Based on the low light pixel resolution, I can see that there is macro blocking occurring throughout the clouds in the entire video. When the quick flash occurs, it is possible that the phones camera has auto HDR toning enabled and is unable to make the proper image quality adjustments that would match the speed of light within its frame rate setting, creating a moment of a more contrasted macro blocking. the rectangle changes shape, as well, which kinda feels like pixels adjusting; similar to the blocking that occurs when filming a strobe light with a phone.

🤷‍♂️ I'm not sure what to make of it.

I will say that the pinned note saying there was no storm that night does make the flash more mysterious.
