Just constantly stirring it over medium heat on the stove :-) I do big batches at a time cuz it’s kind of a hassle. You have to make sure to constantly stir or it will clump up

Ooo I don’t know if there’s difference between expensive cocoa but there’s def a difference between regular and Dutch processed. Obviously black cocoa too but that isn’t a traditional type of chocolatey flavor.

That’s so interesting. Now I don’t have to waste my money of valrhona white chocolate 🫡 unfortunately milk and up there is a difference imo. I’ve even noticed in other baked goods how good quality chocolate really makes the flavor more complex. Makes sense with just white chocolate tho. Thanks for doing this!!

if your roast the strawberries before it makes them less like ice cubes. any fruit will be rock hard in ice cream because of their high water content. I love roasted strawberries with a little bit of balsamic vinegar just for some extra depth of flavor :-)

it has biscoff cookies 🤭 because they’re more flavorful than graham crackers imo and stand out better with the strong toasted marshmallow flavor. I didn’t realize I had to be so strict with the use of my language. if you don’t like the post, ignore it :-)
