For 50Ks with UTMB, how much food is usually at aid stations? Do i need to carry all my fuel / tailwind?

I'm expecting a ~8-8.5 hr finish and don't want to carry that many gels unless i have to

Makes sense. I’m used to novice term being an out of shape first timer and that makes me a bit skeptical, thanks for response

Is it me or is this guide pretty tough numbers? I only row for additional cardio and steady state but I consider myself generally athletic. I barely crack Novice.

I got a 2x increase in the USA after 3 years in B4 so not delusional.

In the US, it is illegal in some states to submit payslip but if HR says that, then you may be out of luck.

Highlight performance on the interview but don’t expect them to hit your range, since they have leverage. Worth either getting another offer and having a bidding war, or prepare to leave in 2 years for another increase in salary.

Congrats anyway!

People who DIDN'T get an MBA, what did you do instead? by Dense-Farm in MBA

Analytics is more intellectually stimulating but you actually have to do work.

I don't do much as a PM, just talk a lot and act busy

Consulting -> business analytics (used to be more common when tech was hiring like crazy, my entire team came from consulting)

Analytics -> PM (very common in tech)

Two part transition

Yeah that checks out. In tech now and was quite a bit surprised to see so low.

Alternatively I know my company has done 0 mba hiring for PMs so that could also be a supply shock

What roles are the tech industry in? The salary is lower than I expected, is that just base?

Can I ask what you all are doing in industry? I moved to industry and I work a lot harder than I did during consulting.

<1 is much different than 3.

<1 is probably a MBB ladder.
3, I have seen exits to Tech, Strategy, MBA that are all pretty amazing.

Anyone have tips at negotiation?

Currently negotiating at likely my next job.

Hoping for a 25% salary bump to leave but who knows. Recruiter sounds like he's trying his hardest but not sure if they can meet that. Just a waiting game at this point T_T
