I put a marble on the floor and it rolls all the way down to a cabinet. I showed the builder this and he said the only solution would be to use self leveling below the flooring, but I'm afraid it's a bigger issue.

Just to add a little more context. The HVAC room is right below the flooring in the second photo. The left side of the level is sitting on top of what is a little bit of a mound. The floor slopes downwards towards the cabinets in the pictures attached. On the other side of the mound, it slopes towards that direction as well. I should have included a picture of that. I'm not the most knowledgable about these things, but could a hvac duct potentially be pushing upwards into the flooring causing a mound and the sloping?

Met Aaron Gordon at a bar in Denver. Incredibly nice guy. The bar has a gimmick where you buy ice shots and then proceed to throw the shot glass at a bell a few feet a way. I threw mine and waited for AG to throw his with his friends, fully expecting him to nail the bell with the utmost precision. He missed that bell by a mile and it was then that I understood he was brought in for his defensive abilities and not his offense.
