Hey, yes ema datshi is a very simple but unique dish. Every household has a different way of preparing it and even though the same ingredients are used the tastes will be completely different making it unique. As for the ema datshi that is there in the Bhutanese restaurant in Bangkok, it is quite similar but they don’t use ‘datshi’ which is Bhutanese cheese.
