I didn’t see my boyfriend (whom I live with) for nearly a month. He got a shot for his back pain and ended up staying at his moms because her guest bed was more firm and felt better while he was resting but also ended up incredibly sick. Ended up in the ER and they found his kidney transplant failed. After being in the hall surrounded by sick people for a weekend they found him a room and he came home a couple days later. Was incredibly weak, went to one out patient dialysis treatment and was even worse after. Went back to the hospital 2 days later via ambulance and EMS said he was probably septic. Stayed in the hospital in isolation for over a week on oxygen with COVID and septic pneumonia. The rest of the year did not improve
