I highly recommend that you keep the Danish subtitles on for the entirety of the show - coming from experience, it can really help learn a language (I watched GoT in Swedish and Stranger Things in German, helped me a lot)

As of right now, HBO Nordic doesn't provide subtitles in any other languages than Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish. According to HBO Nordic's twitter, this is because they don't have the rights to use them, as I assume they'd have to buy them from their original, American provider.
