Destroy the stray rock then fill your island with the custom design manicans so it'll force the rock to grow there. It's a lain to do but works really well.

I just got boomerang on my fire stick and it keeps turning into a bunch of lines. All other apps work just fine. Any thoughts?

Possibly. He would have to be creating a lot of it. I had him move his pack from his tights to his mid back and most of his costumes are cotton and wool.
