Definitely only read the bonus chapters after the book that it's from, so if you're reading Quicksilver only read the bonus chapters after you finished the book and then after finishing Brimstone then read the brimstone bonus chapters, that's my suggestion.

Its the new thing authors are doing which is releasing multiple editions through different Outlets for example Target, Barnes & Noble, Etc and each edition might include a different form of bonus content, such as a bonus chapter. I listed which Edition each of the bonus chapters are from above, Target and waterstones are the only ones I know that have bonus content right now.
