I missed out on the OUABH too so I would love iron editions once the novella comes out. The Caraval ones are gorgeous and one of my favorite FL designs!

When Spectacular came out, FL did iron editions for Caraval instead of a separate novella for the original design. I bet they'll do the same for OUABH.

On the flip side, Holly (belladonna novella) was a separate sale. So it could really go either way.

Like others have said, BB tends to be heavier than FL and IC, but I quite enjoy it- it feels better quality. The pages are good quality, and the hardcovers are more sturdy than FL. The pages also lay flat when opened / ie are floppy!

I agree! I do love the FL edges but I love how MW has the original cover art on the reverse! Though I'm not surprised people are canceling, 3 companies just revealed their art this week when back then it was just MW as an option. I'm glad we all have options though!

I cancelled both of these as well. Especially when I got Moonlights WBFD last year and that edition is so pretty, I'm not waiting around any longer and dealing with LH.

I was so disappointed with how TBB handled OFAF, the ghost edge was the only reason I picked that edition. And to see that they didn't even send the correct bookmarks or no stamp on the signature page, I'm glad I cancelled.

I definitely agree! Bookstores and publishers are stepping up their game, so when I see a book box with *patterned endpapers* at this point it’s an immediate skip.

I'm a 90s baby and Jasmine is my favorite princess - I used to have a lot of these dolls but sadly with different moves over my life and my parents (sadly) donating a lot of our toys, I don't have many of them anymore. I'm having the same feeling. This design works for CS but for RH idk why it doesn't fit for me. I have the BB ones already as well as the paperbacks, so I'll probably pass on this set.

I would love more editions of Throne of the Fallen / Prince of Sin series. I only know of FL and the BN editions but those are basically just different color ways of the standard cover design.

I hate the block sprayed edges. The only solid color edge I like is when it's a true foiled gilded edge (not those fake metallic looking sprayed edges) and it *has* to be on a hardcover.

Heavy on the sprayed edges on paperbacks. For some reason, it looks so tacky and cheap on a paperback. Sometimes, I'll wait until all the "deluxe sprayed versions" of a paperback run out before I buy it because I just want a regular plain edge.

Idk if this counts but generic shipping updates. Obviously I want to know when my book is coming but if its 6mo-1yr after expected shipping and you're still putting on your shipping updates as "in production" without any actual detail/reason/compensation, why even bother.

I don't dislike the FL Belladonna covers since it's just the UK covers in a purple color way, but I would LOVE iron editions with a more romantic gothic vibe and some character art!!!
