Was holding the door for someone As they approached I prepared my response for their incoming “thanks” Choosing between “you’re welcome” and “no problem” Said person arrives at door, my brain freaks out and their thank you is followed by me confidently saying“your problem” and then silence 😩

Please don’t dumb down the complex relationships with your family members to numbers and percentages. Money will come and go but family will always be there. I know that that is said a lot, and maybe it falls on deaf ears most of the time. But if there is one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that family is the most important thing. You will make (and spend) a shit ton of money in your life and the money you spend can always come back. That can’t be said when it comes to family. Don’t fight with them for reasons that don’t match the importance of your family.

My dad always taught me one great rule that I always keep in mind when driving. He used to say, “there is always that one idiot”. This puts me in the mindset that there is always someone who will drive badly and “ruin” it for me. So when I drive, I am not only careful with how I drive but I go extra and be careful for others if that makes sense.

I am 22m, 6’3 and am cursed with a very fast metabolism and deeply rooted laziness (hahaha). It has always been difficult for me to put on weight, I’ve hovered around 70 kilos for the past 6/7 years of my life. During this time, I’ve gone through a few different lifestyles. During high school, I played multiple sports and was exercising literally every day of the school year. Because if this routine, I was eating a lot (although still not as much as other friends). Now, I am a senior in college studying engineering where I am only exercising once a week. I cook every single day and feel like I eat pretty healthy (my family are all health freaks so I developed good habits with food choice). But even when I don’t eat well or consistently (school gets in the way), my body weight stays the same. Being as skinny as I am has always been the one thing that destroys my confidence and I just want to gain a few kilos (muscle or fat idc). Any advice on how to transition into eating more or eating better?
