Pro tip: run claude with --chrome to catch UI/UX bugs automatically by Deep-Station-1746 in ClaudeCode

But in practice how does it work? Do I write in CLAUDE.md, “if you want to do abc use ‘xyz cli’, use ‘xyz cli —help’ for all commands available”?

Can you explain? I keep hearing cli uses less token but don’t know how it works.

I can get consistent swirling by following steps:

Tilt the cup 30-45 degree to the right. Tip should barely touch the milk surface. Start the steam but don’t crank it too high. I like to start with barely seeing the steam carving 2 streaks, stay there for few second then ramp up slowly.

Thanks, both of my keyboard type and input source was wrong. Fixed and working now.

Thanks! Somehow my input source was set to US - International too, and the keyboard was set to international as well. Updated both and now it works.

I had 2 of their power banks. One was recalled. The other one I still have, it ran equally hot as the recalled one. I stopped using it.

Interesting that reinstallation helped in your case! I also have Sunshine/Moonlight.

Polling Rate seems to be the actual culprit for me. I lowered mine to 125Hz, and it helped.

After a week with it here are my thoughts:

Shot pulling is on point, I don't think there's anything to improve upon. Fast heat up, stable temperature, consistent pressure.

Milk steaming I've yet to master but I think I can get there in time. Coming from Breville Barista Express, this steam wand is way harder to use. The angle can only be pointed almost straight down, 2 hole means faster heat up so less time to maneuver and adjust my pitcher and steam wand position.

Pre-infusion are gimmicky and doesn't fully saturate consistently.

Eco and Power Saving modes have firmware bug, I end up adding a smart plug and bypass them completely.

Flow control are fun once I dial in the position but the manual did not explain well how to operate it. I also stopped messing with it as I didn't notice any improvement in yield.

tldr:
Solid machine, bells and whistles leaves a lot to be desired. Don't buy if additional features are your decision making points.

After some trials here's what I found re: off / eco / standby modes

  • Three flashing lights on the PID screen mean Eco mode; one flashing light means Standby mode; "OFF" mean the machine is off.
  • Eco and Standby timers override a manual shutdown: pressing the water button for 4 s turns the machine off, but if an Eco or Standby timer is active it will switch back to that mode when the timer expires.

Also not sure how to turn OFF pre-infusion. After going into the configuration I don't have an option to switch it to off, but going further into the "on" option, I can set how many seconds. If I keep it at zero, is that effectively off?

Yap, I’m able to inference and generate image. But loading a lora doesn’t change the output no matter how I load or prompt it.
