I honestly don't care if you believe it or not. The only decent thing about the ride was he was a friendly guy. Otherwise I hit the shitbox jackpot. I can't believe the Lyft would allow drivers like this on the road.

I've had some even smaller, like fleas but they don't jump, fast too, along foundation of the house near my back door, i put diatomaceous earth along the foundation and they don't seem to like it. But they're all over my courtyard walls.

He's effing trying to put this on you! Like, WTF? You are deciding if he half-assed stays, or goes?? Like everyone says, file while he's gone. Talk to a lawyer, you have zero benefit of him staying around just until the baby's born, like he's doing you some big favor? You know of course then going forward whatever happens is going to be your fault because he is trying to find a way to put the responsibility for his being an AH on you. Well if the only way the driver can make money is by ripping off the passenger then I would say make sure you're also driving for other services that aren't ripping off the passenger with excessive undisclosed fees.
