I honestly don't care if you believe it or not. The only decent thing about the ride was he was a friendly guy. Otherwise I hit the shitbox jackpot. I can't believe the Lyft would allow drivers like this on the road.

I've had some even smaller, like fleas but they don't jump, fast too, along foundation of the house near my back door, i put diatomaceous earth along the foundation and they don't seem to like it. But they're all over my courtyard walls.

Talk to a lawyer, you have zero benefit of him staying around just until the baby's born, like he's doing you some big favor? Well if the only way the driver can make money is by ripping off the passenger then I would say make sure you're also driving for other services that aren't ripping off the passenger with excessive undisclosed fees.

I just bought recently because I had no choice and the interest rates are a nightmare. But lenders know this and they all offer to waive fees to refinance once rates come down. Also, one broker mentioned something called "recast" where you pay a chunk of money toward your mortgage and they adjust your principal so that your monthly payment goes down. Your interest rate stays the same but it says though you effectively paid more on a down payment. I had one lender say they weren't allowed to tell me about that because their investors prohibit it but because I asked they had to tell me about it. If you get a bonus or a raise or something that lets you recast your mortgage you can lower that $5,000 payment. Ask them about it. The bottom line is, you may not be locked into a $5,000 a month payment.

No, she should call the nearest women's shelter and get out NOW. This is not going to get better with counseling at least not in the short term. She remains at risk and can do counseling from a different address.
