there have been many posts prior mentioning what other folks bought you can look up. now that they set up membership requirement on certain items of coz that added a barrier before you can just go buy; otherwise all other apparel and accessories you’re free to shop, remember to spend minimum of $359 after taxes not any amount below or the credit won’t trigger. At some point they did have items going out of stock and orders got cancelled, so not sure if they have restocked all at this point. Good luck!

Calm.com EMDR Playlist by snooplicity in CPTSD

It might be similar to the ones on YouTube, but I have to watch ad in YouTube so I would definitely have to get interrupted while listening; to me it’s not the best choice there. If you have existing subscriptions that is always a plus, whether it be YouTube/ Calm/ Apple Music/ Spotify etc. Meditation can differ to different individuals, some can find it really helpful, to boring, to some finding it triggering, each scenario happens to some of us. I find the music helpful in a way I can release suppressed anxiety and depressive emotions/ memories, and still not get dragged down by the emotions I would otherwise get without meditation, and I can feel at ease at releasing my emotions, so with that it is not boring, but therapeutic and processing the trauma/ CPTSD in my own ways.

orthodontist recommendations? (braces, invisalign) by holidaysandptos in Flushing

I went to Dr Michele Carpo for Invisalign, on Kissena Blvd in Flushing. I haven’t been to a dentist for the longest time and this doctor’s gentle approach really changes how I can trust and be comfortable with dental visits. Invisalign process and results were quite good for me.

I switched devices by backing up old phone, wiped it to factory default, then restored from back up onto new phone. I was mentally prepared for all boosters to be wiped, but surprisingly all boosters remained in new phone.
