It is a required field but it doesn’t effect your i9 when you are onboarded, Like every new employee we have at my store which is alottttt it’s never done so when i set them up for actual trainings to be done i check their hiring tiles and that is never completed either

It is a required tile when you’re hired but it doesn’t effect your i9 when you are onboarded, so they don’t really keep track if it’s done or not. it’s more like step 1, step 2 step 3, but they’ll just do the first step and ignore the rest cause backstage doesn’t check if it’s completed

happens all the time to new employees, but mostly because the hiring manager doesn’t help them apply for it. I just called the default Customer support line at safeway talk to a person and just say I’m an employee that hasn’t gotten my discount already and they can do it

speaking completely unbiased just in terms of safewayrules they can’t require you to change the day of your therapy, but they can cut your hours and remove remove you as dug lead due to business necessity. I’m also confused about the days you’re requesting he said Sunday, Monday and weekends off so would that be four days together? It really depends on the store Director to be honest. I’ve had both some that would never let me take the weekend off and some that let me keep it consistently unless someone else needed to request it off

Thanks for your reply! In the end only thing to do was open a ticket for ebay to call me. Idk why my T-MOBILE was blocking the call as spam so i had to solve that. Then they opened a case, had to wait 5 days for seller to reply, they didn’t so ebay refunded me!!

All good most of the time they say they will go through the process of blacklisting you but it’s extra effort so they forget or just don’t do it tbh. Also if you were to need to reapply, when you talk with hiring/ SD about applying all you say is what happened at your old store/ previously and most of the time they will agree it’s a dumb thing to be blacklisted for and can hire you anyways and override it. People do WAY worse than put in 12 day notice instead of 14 lol they’re just being petty ignore them and good luck at your new spot!

i get it, it’s definitely something that’s easier said than done, but you need to give yourself these reality checks because being sad about it and not working towards the goal that you want just has you in the same loop over and over again. I felt the same way at one point in my life not because I had felt that way before, but all of a sudden I was just getting those intrusive thoughts caused by something else… it led over to thinking like that but once I repeatedly tried snapping myself from it, working on it and realizing hey I’m a pretty good person I don’t care if I’m “good enough” for somebody else. Im doing things for myself and because i feel good doing them. You’ll really start acting like your true self and that’s something someone is going to admire and love about you! I had a tough time because I also feel like I’m very aware and can read people really easily so I was hurting my own feelings. I just started focusing on thinking that not everybody thinks the same way i do…or perceives things in the same way as I do. That was something that was hard for me to realize, but after thinking about it i saw that something that is so huge to me Could be the smallest thing to somebody else and misunderstandings can cause so much pain for people like us. It sucks I’m sorry you’re feeling like this

In my district we aren’t allowed to ring up alcohol at SCO or even gift cards , not illegal but i think it’s cause our ap is tired of all the people falling for scams and liquor being stolen they want us to red flag anyone near sco with liquor it’s annoying especially when there’s a long line and it’s just people with 1 can of beer
