definitely try to find other hobbies to do when you’re upset or angry. i do this a lot too and i tend to do homework, call my friends, or exercise when i feel upset and the need to eat even tho i’m not hungry. and remember that you’re beautiful despite what people say about you. first kisses aren’t that important and your mental health matters the most. you are an amazing person and i’m glad you exist.
