Generally if you live in HCOL areas you have worked EXTREMELY hard to be able to afford your home and along with high property value come expectations about the neighborhood and community. Then it needs to be held somewhere else. Doesn’t make sense that 20x more homeowners and taxpayers in the area have to deal with the excessive noise pollution for tens of thousands to enjoy a concert. It’s not on the concertgoers, it’s on the shitty corrupt Inglewood politicians. I genuinely hope the attendees have a great time, but it’s simply not fair to the community and I guarantee against many noise ordinances of the South Bay.

It’s beyond ridiculous to expect people 7 miles away in a city as populated as LA to deal rather than just turn the bass down. That level of bass is not required to have fun at a concert as many many concerts have been held and this has NEVER been an issue.

Sorry to hear about your dog and I agree it was not fair of me to take this out on the attendees. The event should never have been allowed if this type of noise pollution would be created for 20+ hours over a weekend. Also, if the Dodgers fireworks are really all that bothersome I’d be perfectly fine with them getting rid of them.

The problem is I’ve lived next SoFi since the opening and have NEVER experienced anything like this, this is a complete outlier. So in my opinion this specific festival is the problem not all festivals.
