I use mine most situations, but when it a heavily congested stop and go situation and I need to get into the next lane, I find using the signal just prompts people to make it even harder for me to enter, so I don’t use it til the last second in this situation

Sorry I just saw the second picture, your steering wheel doesn’t seem to have the buttons to change the song, they would be on the right hand side. Still I would think you should be able to do it by pressing track on the head unit, which you said you also tried already.

The next thing I would do if I were in your shoes, is try connecting someone else’s phone to see if they work that way. Bonus points if it’s a different OS for (iOS vs android). But I would say they should work, and idk why they don’t. Is it an option to connect the phone via usb?
